27 Lake George is roughly trapezoidal in shape, contains approximately 7.89 acres, 2.5 of which are estimated as developable, and has approximately 700 feet of frontage on Lake George Street. Up to 171,844 SF of development is allowed by zoning, but only 50,000 SF are anticipated due to significant site constraints. The site is heavily wooded with a small, level clearing and slopes significantly down toward the Nashua River. Portions of the sloped areas are protected as resource areas by the Devens Enterprise Commission (DEC).
