This building is L-shaped, with a plaza in the front that has a large tiled fountain that splashes pleasantly all day. The landscape is colorful, mature and well tended without being stiffly formal. The large arch adjacent to the fountain houses a large wrought iron and glass chandelier that looks as though it’s lit with dozens of candles. The building exterior is reminiscent of the California missions, with adobe-colored walls and square columns and wrought iron carriage lamps for lighting. To top it off there’s a bell on the east side of the building that used to bring the children in from recess at an old schoolhouse in San Luis Obispo, California. Built with today’s energy-conscious lifestyle in mind, each suite is structurally sound-proofed, has individual temperature control and air conditioning, energy conservation glazed windows with mini-blinds, decorator wall coverings and plush wall-to-wall carpet.
