8-storey building (ground floor + 7) located on Calle Ríos Rosas 26. It is located near Paseo de la Castellana, the main financial street in the capital of Madrid. It has good public transport connections thanks to the Ríos Rosas metro station and several urban bus lines. The building has been completely renovated by the b720 architecture studio Fermín Vázquez Arquitectos in collaboration with BDG Architecture + Design. They have developed a comprehensive rehabilitation project, covering the reconfiguration of circulation spaces, entrances and interior spaces up to the complete renovation of the existing north and south facades. The aim is to achieve a building with maximum energy efficiency, effective, inspiring and open.
