Geer Gardens is a 2 phase neighborhood center. The phases are separated by Tuolumne Road. Phase I is anchored by Save Mart and includes tenants of Golden China, Nami No Catering, Boucher Shoes, Yogurt Mill, Little Caesar's, Yonan's Jewelry and Yonan's Floral. Phase II has tenants that include Rent-A-Center, the award winning Olde Tyme Pastries, Golden Bear Physical Therapy, Wendy's and Togo's. There are vacancies in both Phase 1 and Phase II. Geer Gardens is located on Geer Road not far from the college California State Stanislaus.
