Torre de Cristal is located in Cuatro Torres, the capital's new financial enclave and one of the most modern business centers in Europe. Located on the main axis of the capital, the Pº de la Castellana, and next to the Madrid International Convention Center, this business area consists of the tallest buildings in Spain, Torre de Cristal, Torre Caja Madrid, Torre Sacyr Vallehermoso and Torre Espacio.
The four skyscrapers house offices and a 5-star hotel.
The offices located in these towers are one of the most exclusive corporate spaces in Europe, thus constituting a sign of prestige for the companies that stay there.
This business area has an underground distribution ring that provides a network of accesses and exits to each tower, thus facilitating smooth circulation on the surface.
The Crystal Tower project is the work of architect César Pelli. This skyscraper transforms space into freedom. With 250 meters high, 52 floors, 1,206 parking spaces and 57,579 square meters of leasable space, it is undoubtedly one of the emblems of the capital.
Its dome houses the tallest vertical garden in Europe, 30 meters high and reveals a wide variety of trees and vegetation.
The large entrance atrium has a free height of 12 meters, closed by floor-to-ceiling glazing that makes it cozy, imposing and elegant.
Torre de Cristal itself becomes an icon, the reference in offices designed to meet the needs of the most demanding companies.
The building houses a large number of services:
- Cafeterias and restaurant spaces.
- Fitness Club.
- Meeting rooms (approximately 600 m2).
- Multipurpose maintenance.
- Correspondence and parcel service.
This building has obtained class “A” energy certification, the one with the highest efficiency, which implies that the final energy consumption in the Tower is one third lower than that of a typical office building in Madrid.
