Adobe Inn was a beloved restaurant, bar and hostel for nearly 40 years. Located in the heart of downtown Ridgway, Adobe Inn has uodated the infrastructure to reopen as a restaurant and wedding venue-- including a grease trap, vent hood, return air, functioning bar, and kitchen. It also has recent permits for a liquor license and kitchen.
