Yale Landing is located in the center of exciting new retail and employment activity. The property is located less than 3 minutes from the Albuquerque International Sunport, 5 minutes to the I-25 exit, UNM, Isotope’s Park and the football stadium, and 6 min from the Pit. This area has a high saturation of student housing, high paying jobs, and 12+ hotels in close proximity.
