Constructed in 2001, the Building incorporates a 3 storey structural steel frame and is clad with buff architectural precast panels, aluminum framed curtain wall, and shaded/reflective low "E" glazing. The building overlooks the 18th fairway of the Marshes Golf Course, and the site is heavily landscaped incorporating rock walls and water features.
