Buckingham Properties is currently developing an eight-acre site on Alexander Street between Park and Monroe Avenues. This mixed-use project includes new retail and office buildings in addition to over 400 apartments, including micro-units. Central Rock Gym, a 20,000 square foot retail anchor opened in March 2019. Construction of a 70,000 square foot, four-story building, anchored by Mindex Technologies is complete and onsite.
