The Property has operated as a large brewery with a tasting room and large outdoor area. The second building on the property is Neat Whiskey House serving high quality whiskeys in a comfortable upscale setting. The property is in the heart of the heavily populated Powers Corridor. The Brewery is a popular stop along the adjacent Rock Island Trail, a popular walking, hiking and bicycle trail which follows Sand Creek to the south and to downtown Colorado Springs to the west. The brewing equipment is also available for sale.
