Unit 1A is 1560 square feet of shell space and dirt floor allowing tremendous flexibility in space utilization and design. The space can also be leased at $12/ft with $5CAM. Or owner will build out vanilla shell at lease at $15/ft with $5CAM. can also be combined with Unit 1B.
