Building 23 is a 65,000 sf. airplane hangar on the old Naval Base in Alameda. The building has 15,000 sf. of office space, 45,000 sf. of warehouse space with 28ft. of clear height space. The Blue Angels used to fly out Building 23 when the air strip was in use in the 1990s!
