Shepherdstown Crossing sits in the heart of one of the fastest-growing regions in Pennsylvania, with easy access to major highways via Route 15. Although commercial development is expanding in the area, many large farms are still in proximity, providing a tranquil, scenic setting within minutes of upscale shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. Cumberland County municipality and Upper Allen Township have been very cooperative and are eager for commercial development to begin.
