Sunwest Plaza is a Food 4 Less, Hobby Lobby, Petco, Five Below, and Burlington anchored shopping center located at the corner of Hwy 12 and Lower Sacramento Road. The shopping center is located in Lodi's main retail corridor with roughly 1 million square feet of retail at the intersection. Retailers at the intersection include Target, Wal-Mart, Lowe's, Safeway, Staples, Marshalls, Ulta, and Big 5. Due to the amount and quality of retailers in the area the center pulls customers from Lodi, North Stockton, Rio Vista, Thornton, and Lockeford. Additionally the City of Lodi is seeing strong residential growth. Within roughly one mile of the center there are nearly 2,000 homes in various stages of development.
