In partnership with Centennial, The Hardwick is an adaptive reuse project of a 110-year-old building, which historically served as a fabricated and prefabricated steel processing plant. Located on Birmingham's Rotary Trail, with an existing 30,000 square feet of space, the current structure is expandable up to 60,000 square feet by way of adding additional floors to the building, and will serve as a mixed-use hub featuring Class-A office and restaurant/retail space.
