Property is a Russian River Retreat known as St. Joseph Camp. The property is primarily rented out for retreats, conferences and group meetings as well as for the owners recreation. A permanent caretake resides on the property and keeps the property in good condition. The main buildings include an A Frame Chapel which is also used for meeting space.
