2260 Roswell Drive is a flex conversion project currently under redevelopment. The Landlord is demolishing portions of the former 107,000 SF warehouse facility to create two smaller flex buildings sized at 25,900 SF (Building 1) and 45,400 SF (Building 2). Smaller subdivisions are possible to a minimum suite size of 10,000 SF. Building 1 will feature 26’ – 32’ clear heights with potential for up to 14 dock high doors. Building 2 will feature 18’ clear height with potential for up to 15 dock high doors. Each building can also provide drive-in access. Landlord will build office and/or showroom space to suit.
