Mural is a new mixed-use development in the heart of Lincoln located within walking distance of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Historic Haymarket, & Telegraph District. This new development will bring three components: a new proposed central public library, a commercial mix of retail/office, and mixed-income affordable house. The site will offer underground parking, a tenant improvement allowance, and green spaces.
