Seacrest Plaza is a neighborhood center constructed by Sierra Pacific Properties Inc. in 1986 and consisting of 109,000 square feet and the largest retail center located on Reservation Road in Marina. Seacrest Plaza is in a prime retail hub that generates a ton of traffic based on its physical location alone. Retail traffic is also presented from the busy Highway 1 and California State University Monterey Bay (CSUMB).
