This center is a new construction developed on virgin commercial ground. It is located on the north side of Eupora, MS along a high traffic highway with excellent visibility. This center will share the same parking lot with a locally branded feed and seed store that will have both gas and diesel pumps. Early estimate projection point to an updated daily traffic count of 7,600 cars. This new commercial building consist of 6,000 sqft that can be leased whole or subdivided into individual units like rendered above.
