Out By The Sea was specifically designed and built as a B and B. There are two rooms located within the main house and three additional rooms on the property. If you are in need of some assistance, there is a newly installed elevator for handicap accessibility. Each of the rooms has its own private bath, plush amenities, satellite TV and privacy window shutters. The rooms are warm, inviting and designed with their own unique charm. There is also a refrigerator for your convenience.The B&B is located within walking distance to Crystal Beach (2 minutes), and is host to some of the most breathtaking sunrises on the Texas Gulf Coast.
