The Bicocchi Building was built in 1909 by Louis Bicocchi, originally as a grocery store on the lower level and high school apartments on the upper level. Since that time, it has had several owners and most recently was occupied by a software company. The building has been updated although it still retains many original features such as interior brick walls in many locations and transom windows above the doors.
