The Embarcadero Place is a 4-building campus which is bordered by the municipal golf course, airport, nature preserve and Baylands Athletic park. There is a delicatessen on site, 24-hour security, library and lunchroom on each floor, central courtyard with a pond and fountain and landscaped courtyard with outdoor seating at each building.This building was awarded an Energy Star label in 2015 and 2016 for its operating efficiency.
