The San Gabriel Valley Medical Plaza is a four-story medical office building built in 2004. The Plaza is located on the campus of the San Gabriel Valley Medical Center. Lease terms are negotiable and vary depending on length of lease term and tenant improvement allowance. This building is located across the street from the 273 bed San Gabriel Valley Hospital which is owned by Catholic Healthcare West (CHW), the operator of 42 hospitals in California, Nevada and Arizona. The building is owned by a joint venture of CHW and an affiliate of Pacific Medical Buildings.
