U.S. 16 is the primary corridor to the massive residential growth under development west of Green Cove Springs, Clay County. Located in the Jacksonville metro area. The lot is currently zoned residential, however, the city has stated that it can be rezoned to commercial. U.S. 16 is primarily a commercial arterial in Green Cove Springs and there are commercial users on the other three corners of the same intersection.
