This building is certified LEED Silver with the U.S. Green Building Council. North Gate Business Park at APG is located in Harford County, Maryland directly adjacent to Aberdeen Proving Ground' s north gate. The 56-acre development is expected to total more than 800,000 square feet, including eight office buildings and approximately 20,000 square feet of supporting retail, which is planned to include a bank, convenience store, food services and other uses which serve the needs of the Park's office tenants. All buildings in the park will be owned and operated by COPT.
