Large warehouse spaces include an 8000, 10,000, 14,000 and 20-40,000 square foot spaces, which can be divided with the correct tenant mix. We can offer a variety of options to suit business/personal needs. Warehouse space ranges from cold storage to heated, insulated space. There are 5 loading docks and 4 overhead doors to access the areas. We plan to have a fork truck on site and possibilities of "manned" warehouse options in the near future.
