Newly installed building standard voice communication speakers, fire pull stations, fire alarm strobe lights, smoke detectors, exit lights, fire standpipes, fire extinguishers and cabinets will be provided. An automatic fire sprinkler system is provided to accommodate Ordinary Hazard Group II. Fiber optic cable is provided by Verizon. Cable service is proved by Comcast. A new roof will be installed.
