Shipyard Creek Logistics Center is perhaps one of the best located industrial facilities in the United States with on terminal access to the Hugh Leatherman Facility, a $2 billion port facility servicing the South Carolina Port Authority. The second building proposes 36' clear height, 53'x50' column space with 60' at speed bays, 134 dock doors, 1 drive-in and 7,000 square feet of office space.
