Former Saginaw News building constructed in the 1950s. Currently has spaces leased out to a facet of different companies, including architectural, retail, banking and food service. A part of the downtown Saginaw riverfront and downtown resurgence. Heavy traffic goes by the building daily with a farmers market during the summer season. The marketplace is open year-round during the week and weekends. There's private parking and street parking available.
