In 2000 the former owner moved his craft brewery operations to the present site which gave birth to Twisp River Pub. Twisp River Pub operated as a successful craft brewery, a thriving and popular restaurant and the #1 indoor live music venue in the Methow Valley for over 15 years. In 2018 the current owners, Amy and Stuart O'Farrell completely remodeled the kitchen after a fire in 2016 and reopened the popular as the Twisp River Tap House in the summer of 2021.
