Magnolia Pointe Shopping Center soon will be home to a Dollar Tree/Family Dollar combo store in approximately 20,000 SF. Paired with a new endcap restaurant called Seven Sports, the redevelopment of the shopping center is currently under way. Along with in line offerings, the center also features an outparcel pad at the hard corner of Clemson and Hardscrabble Road.
