The Wheelhouse is located at 211 Wayne Ave which is an extension of the historic Oregon District east of downtown Dayton, OH, now known as The Oregon East District. The building was first built in 1868 and throughout the years was home to a number of manufacturing, furniture, and plumbing companies. In 2017, the building was purchased by a group of investors with a vision to transform the property into apartments, retail space, and office uses. The Wheelhouse features 40 apartment units and 13,000 SF of commercial space. Other notable tenants are The Troll Pub Under the Bridge restaurant and Connect E-Sports.
