BUILDING CONTROL CENTRE

- Removal of paper from tenant’s premises can be scheduled or on call
- The hourly rate for shredding paper on-site is $140 per hour or a minimum charge of $25 for less than 15 minutes.
PARKING
Approximately 860 stalls located in Yonge Parkade at a currently monthly rate of $285.00 per car per month plus GST.
RECYCLING PROGRAM
Each work station/ desk equipped with a blue box for all paper recycling. Each server is equipped with a special container for bottles and cans, which are removed nightly. All cardboard will be picked up on a nightly basis.
