Block 210B is a historical masterpiece dated back to the early 1900s, which was formerly used for paper mill operations of EB Eddy. 210B is undergoing a full restoration and transformation to what will be known as the "creative" hub of Zibi. Upon completion, this building will boast time brick and beam construction, original hardwood floors, brick facade, integrated with new efficient new design features that will not only be aesthetically pleasing but function as a productive, one-of-a-king workspace.
