Trackside Plaza is a renovated and revitalized former boot factory. It is an eclectic mix of buildings and family-friendly businesses. Built up from the remnants of the Corcoran shoe factory - where paratrooper boots were built for the military in WWII - our site is where local small businesses come to build themselves and the community. Trackside Plaza is located in the heart of Stoughton Center, next to the Commuter Rail Station. Three bustling state routes (27, 138 and 139) converge in Stoughton Center and provide easy access to the town and surrounding communities. Stoughton itself is on the rebound with significant new development underway and planned on the 138 and 139 corridors.
