Warner Plaza is a 186,413 sq. ft. neighborhood shopping center that is located on the Southwest corner of Alma School and Warner Roads in Chandler, Arizona. One of the first Mediterranean Revival Style renovation properties dreamed up by Michael Pollack in 2015 to bring a unique aesthetically revamped shopping plaza that feels exotic and relaxing at an affordable price. Varying rooflines of the building highlight individual storefronts and entrances making the plaza resemble the feel of an outdoor market. Included in the renovation was the installation of extensive exterior stonework, new paint in a warm color scheme, updated landscaping and an improved parking lot. Renovations also included lighted windows strategically positioned on newly built towers, draped with romantic stripped canvas awnings and window flower boxes. One of the towers features includes a large clock, which contributes to the incredible architectural elegance. The crowning touch for the renovation to take the property over the top, gorgeous outdoor wall lantern sconces were mounted on large stoned columns placed in front of spaces providing extra lighting to help entice shoppers into businesses.
Warner Plaza features a variety of storefronts with exceptional visibility and retail signage along both major arterial roads providing tenants with excellent exposure to passing traffic on a daily basis from the neighboring communities. The Plaza has an outstanding mix of national and locally owned businesses that include: Big Lots, 99 Cent Only Store, Sweeties Candies, American Furniture Galleries and enticing restaurants such as Bella Gusto Urban Pizzeria, Zorba’s Greek Café and Sozo Coffeehouse.
