Shenandoah Crossing Golf Course a previously public, 18-hole golf course located in
Gordonsville, Virginia is now a Top Disc Golf destination.Plans are under way for single
family homes to be built around the course.Currently there is a water and sewer upgrade
to allow for future new homes to be built.
Designed by Raymond F. Loving, Jr., Shenandoah Crossing Golf Course opened in 1991
and was closed in 2014 by previous owner .In 2019 the course was purchased and turned
into 3 highly rated Disc Golf Courses named Raptors Roost Disc Golf.It is a top favorite in
the state of Va with very good reviews.
The 131-acre course was carved out of a forest and is anchored by a neighboring resort
Shenandoah Crossing .The property includes a five acre driving range that could be
subdivided into Villa lots. All of the property is zoned RD (Resort Development).
Additional properties are available to include an 8000 Sq ft Industrial building on water and sewer complete
with offices on five acres of land zoned RD.The building and land has its own access off CC
Road and has its own address one mile off Rt 33 in Louisa County
The golf course is under review to develop the lands around it for more single family
homes or villas.
