Tractor Supply is currently being built out in the former SEARS box. There are leases being negotiated for a portion of the former A&P with two national retailers. This center gets a great deal of foot and vehicle traffic between the post office and the NY residents coming to town for fuel. We expect with the addition of Tractor Supply and our current deals, this will be the most popular and busiest center in the market. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!
