LEASING REQUIREMENTS:
Payment of 1st months rent plus a security deposit equal to one months rent - with approved credit.
Credit approval is through business bank and/or financial statements, a business credit report, or personal credit report.
If credit standing is below 700 Fico score or limited business history, security deposit will be increased to two months rent, with one month applied to your 12th month of rent.
