I have a beautiful 2,220 square foot suite on the 15th floor in the Northwestern Mutual tower at I25/Colorado Boulevard in south Denver. There are 5 offices, 4 with a great view of the mountains and downtown, and one inner office, a nice sized kitchen, and a large supply/copy machine room. Current building management has given me until January 31, 2024 to find others who want to share this space with me and possibly sign a 3 to 5 year lease.
