Dedicated Private Offices (200-400SF) with a Key and Kitchen / Bathroom / Conference Room Access in a Shared Professional Office Building (3000SF). This will be a shared office space with a privet office with access to a conference room (first 2hr. free per week anything additional a $25 fee per hour) when available. I have 2 offices available on the left side of the building. The Copy Room or the office right next to it and one back office with a minimum of 1 year lease. We are asking $850 per month for the single office and $1295 for the Copy room. There will be a one time $200 application fee for background and credit check.
