73.085 backcountry acres. Remote fortified Lodge at the end of FS RD 318 in Idaho County. An opportunity exists to acquire a truly unique, magnificent wilderness backcountry property consisting of 72 acres inside  the Frank Church Wilderness Area (in holding); i.e. about 30 miles upriver (Salmon) from Riggins, Idaho, and about 50 miles from McCall, Idaho; accessible only from McCall, however. It is unlikely that significant future use could be accomplished for less than an investment of an additional $10,000,000+. Beyond that, the property can be developed into whatever a new buyer wants. The open, commercial construction of concrete and steel provides total flexibility to suit any buyer’s desires and budget. The property is truly unique and can be completed by the right buyer(s) with imagination and resources.
