The Landlord for 1835 Savoy Drive will be converting the property to a Medical Office Building. Estimated completion date to the common areas of May 1, 2024. As part of the conversion, Landlord plans to spend approximately $1m for the following improvements to covert the building to medical office property: • Update the main lobby, hallways, and existing elevator cab. Landlord will also be adding a gurney sized elevator. • Update the restrooms. In addition, each tenant will have their own restroom facilities. • Repave and Re-stripe the parking lot and add a covered drop off area for patients • Changing the name of the building to reflect a Medical Center in addition to updating the building signage
