Wagner Mall is 100,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center anchored by Albertsons, Rite Aid, and Aaron's. The center is located at the northwest corner of Hwy 20 (3rd Street) and Revere Ave which is an off ramp to Hwy 97. Within 2 miles of the site there are roughly 40,000 employees as the site is not far from St. Charles Medical Center, the largest medical facility in Central Oregon, and Downtown Bend. The Bend community has seen tremendous growth over the past two decades with an average annual population growth rate of 4.5%. Over the next decade the community is expected to grow by nearly a third to roughly 130,000 people.
