Parts of building are 100+ years old. The building was originally a stable for the horse trading that took place in the alley. Some of the stone walls still exist. The patio open up into a formal butterfly garden that is available to tenants for special events. The building is located on the corner of busy E Crogan Street and Chestnut Street on the Historic Square in Downtown Lawrenceville. Two free parking decks are located across the streets. Also across Chestnut street is the Hilton Tapestry Hotel (The Lawrence Hotel) which is under construction. Across E Crogan is the Lawrenceville Arts Center (home of Aurora Theatre).
