Parts of building are 100+ years old. The building was originally a stable for the horse trading that took place in the alley. Some of the stone walls still exist. The patio open up into a formal butterfly garden that is available to tenants for special events. The building is located on the corner of busy E Crogan Street and Chestnut Street on the Historic Square in Downtown Lawrenceville. Two free parking decks are located across the streets.
