Fuel Kitchens is Pueblo’s first full scale commissary kitchen, containing a range of commercial kitchen equipment perfect for packaged food manufacturers, mobile food businesses, caterers and more. In addition to the kitchen itself, Fuel Kitchens contains ample walk-in freezer, cooler and dry storage space, a fenced yard, a loading dock, electrified parking, propane, fresh and grey water.
