The Green Mountain Business Park project currently consists of eleven existing industrial and office buildings and two proposed buildings, totaling over 900,000 square feet, with a diverse national and international tenant mix. The park is located at the crossroads of Green Mountain Road and Loop 1604. The two proposed office/industrial buildings will have a combined square footage of ±150,000 square feet and will offer generous surface parking, with up to 965 combined parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.
