1723 Lucerne Terrace is a medical office building located at the heart of Orlando’s Downtown, just south of the CBD. As part of a large healthcare corridor, 1723 Lucerne is on the campus of the Orlando Health Regional Medical Center, Central Florida’s only Level One Trauma Center, Winner Palmer Hospital, and Arnold Palmer Hospital and Behavioral Development Center.
