OASIS is a modern office complex located in the La Florida Business Park area, a privileged location of great business prestige in the surroundings of El Plantio and Monte de El Pardo. It has a façade with a front of 60 linear meters to the A-6 that provide great visibility given the high road traffic on the highway. Completely renovated in 2021, the rehabilitation of OASIS has given it a modern and original style that makes it stand out significantly in its environment. In this project, the facades of the building have been adapted, the roofs have been adapted, the finishes of the halls and toilets have been renovated, and the garden areas have been refurbished. The complex has a gross leasable area of 10,463 m2 above ground distributed in two buildings, A and B, which are accessed from a central courtyard with pleasant garden areas and with careful lighting. Regarding parking, it has a large number of parking spaces, 408 in total distributed both on the surface and below ground. It also has private charging points for electric cars and parking for bikes. The OASIS offices are open plan, bright and are equipped with technical flooring, adjustable false ceiling, perimeter radiators, two-tube air conditioning and recessed LED lighting with light sensors and CTE control. There are also adapted toilets for people with reduced mobility. In addition, the complex has 6 elevator cores, a centralized fire detection system, a photovoltaic production facility on the roof and 24-hour security with a security camera system at entrances, lobbies and perimeter. To complete the offer of services, OASIS has a concierge service, parcel service, maintenance staff and a cafeteria/restaurant on the ground floor of the building. In terms of the environment, there is a wide range of services such as the Hipercor de Pozuelo, the Sixth Avenue Shopping Center, the AC Marriott Aravaca hotel and the Sanitas La Zarzuela and Vithas Aravaca hospitals. Finally, OASIS has excellent communications. On the one hand, it has immediate access to the A-6 and the M-40 motorways and, on the other hand, it is worth mentioning the construction of a pedestrian walkway from the other side of the highway to facilitate communication with the Renfe El Barrial-Centro Comercial Pozuelo stop, which will have direct access from the same complex. It is estimated that this construction will be completed in approximately August 2022.
